In turn, mentees feel valued for their differences, learning what they need from mentors they trust.  Through deeper self-awareness mentors and mentees uncover responses to stress in the workplace, preferred interactions with others, unique approaches work tasks and problem solving.  Mentees benefit from a deeper self-awareness needed to perform effectively.  Mentors share feedback for selection or development purposes.
